Pre- or post-doctoral students with at least 2 years of training remaining, and who are currently enrolled in or accepted for enrollment in a training program at the University of Minnesota, Minnesota Medical Research Foundation (MMRF), or Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), are eligible for the TTURC Training Program. Their plans must include working in a laboratory of a TTURC investigator on a funded TTURC project. Faculty at the University, MMRF or VAMC in any discipline who wish to initiate or redirect some of their effort to research into transdisciplinary approaches to nicotine and tobacco research are also eligible. Undergraduate or high school students are eligible if they are working in the laboratory of a TTURC investigator. They are encouraged to participate in TTURC activities but are not eligible for funding for travel to meetings or preceptorships.
